中文摘要:《小学英语课程标准》强调:应该把激发学生的英语学习兴趣放在首位。兴趣不仅仅是学生各项能力培养的基础,同时,也是英语教学中的重要组成部分。游戏教学方法通过优化学生的学习环境,使他们在宽松愉悦的氛围中学习语言,从而提高学生学习兴趣和教师教学质量。本研究尝试在小学英语的教学实践活动中运用游戏教学方法,采用活泼有趣的堂游戏吸引学生注意力,从而激发他们的学习兴趣。
本实验的受试者来自常熟实验小学五年级两个班的100名学生。在本次实验中,同一名教师在同样的授课时间里,针对不同班级采用了不一样的教学方法。其中一个班用的是游戏教学法,而另一个班仍然采用传统教学法。通过问卷调查和访谈,结论如下:与传统的教学方法相比,游戏教学法在有效的激发学生英语学习兴趣的同时,也促进了教师教学质量的提高。并且,学生的学习变得更轻松愉快,学习效果大大的提高。
