摘要:就业观是人们选择和从事职业时的心态、情感、态度、评价标准和价值取向的总和,是一个人的人生观、价值观在对待职业问题上的重要表现。传统的哈尼族女性,由于自然环境、社会环境、经济文化等诸多因素的局限,一直以来都欠缺就业意识。近年来,随着电视媒介在哈尼族地区的普及,看着电视长大的一些哈尼族女性,有了明显的就业要求,就业观有着较大的转变。本文以问卷形式,通过对云南省绿春县新寨村哈尼族女性就业观的变化的调查分析,以了解电视媒介给偏远地区少数民族女性带来的积极影响,倡导大众传播事业在少数民族地区的不断发展。

ABSTRACT:The employment outlook is the sum of state of mind, emotion, attitude, evaluation standard and value orientation when people selection and engaged in occupation, is a person’s outlook on life, values main show on the problem that how to treat the occupation. The traditional Hani women, because of such as the natural environment, social environment, economic and cultural factor’s limited, they has been lack of the awareness of employment consciousness. In recent years, with the popularization of TV media in Hani regions, some Hani women that growing up with watching TV, they already has obvious employment requirements, employment view has a bigger change. This paper with the form of questionnaires, through to investigation and analysis employment view changes of the new village, Lvchun County, Yunnan province Hani women, in order to understand the positive effect to the remote areas of national minority women bring in television medium, advocating the mass media’s continuous development in the minority nationality regions.

大众传媒的力量不容小觑,尤其是在科技飞速发展、社会不断进步、人类文明进程加快的今天,传媒的作用越来越突出。电视事业的大力发展和普及对哈尼族女性来说,标志着新生活、新事物、新面貌的开始,也标志着她们逐步向新时代的女性靠拢,提升自身地位和自我价值。电视媒介介入之下,哈尼族女性就业观念的转变,是一个很好的开端,说明现代传媒在她们的生产、生活中起到了积极的作用,促使她们转变陈旧的思想,发挥自己的长处,做一个独立、自主、自信的女性。因此,应该更加重视大众传媒,特别是电视在少数民族地区的传播,以引导少数民族地区女性与时代女性同步,共同感受21世纪的繁荣与文明成果。
