摘要：随着城市化进程的加快，现代社会的快节奏生活对交通的经济、便捷、高效、通畅提出更更高的要求。另外，城市人口急剧增加，人员出行和物资交流频繁，也使得传统的城市交通体系面临这严峻的局势，道路拥挤、车辆堵塞、秩序混乱、事故频发、能源过耗、噪声和空气污染等问题都日益突出。在这种背景下，世界各国纷纷积极发展城市地铁，因为地铁有着高效、便捷、绿色等优势。如今，地铁已成为现代都市生活快捷方式中不可缺少的一种交通工具。而且，地铁的兴建和发展也将是成为一个标志和衡量标准，是大都市交通现代化的重要标志之一。
如今南京也在如火如荼地进行地铁建设，2005年08月，南京地铁1号线正式运营，市民期待了20年的地铁梦终于实现。现在，地铁2号线、1号南延线都已开通运行。而根据政府部门的规划，未来4年中，南京还将建成许多条地铁，不但横跨南京东南西北，还穿越长江实现江北与主城的无缝连接。
本研究就是以刚开通的南京地铁1号南延线为研究对象，采用问卷调查、实地考察、访谈、文献分析等方法，研究地铁开通后对城市和周边居民的影响。主要研究对人口流动、沿线经济、居民社会生活的影响，以及地铁的开通对城市格局和城市发展的促进作用。并以此给南京其他地铁线路的建设一些指导性建议。

Abstract：With the accelerated process of urbanization, the fast-paced life of modern society put forward higher requirements on traffic of economic, convenient, efficient and unobstructed. In addition, because of the city population increased dramatically and frequent exchanges of personnel travel and supplies, traditional urban transportation system is facing a severe situation, such as road congestion, traffic jams, disorder, frequent accidents, over-consumption of energy and noise and air pollution problems . In this context, countries around the world to actively develop the city subway, because it has a highly efficient and convenient, green and other advantages. Today, the subway has become indispensable in modern urban life shortcut transport. Moreover, the construction and development of the subway will also become a sign and metrics, and is one of the important symbol of the modern Metropolitan Transportation.
Today, Nanjing is also in full swing for subway construction. In August 2005, the Nanjing Metro Line 1 officially operators, the public is waiting for the subway dream of 20 years finally realized. Today , Metro Line 2, No. 1 South Extension have been put into operation. In the next four years, according to the planning of the government departments, Nanjing will be built in many subway, not only across the Nanjing for each direction and also across the Yangtze River to connect north of the river and the main city.
This study is about the opened Nanjing Metro Line 1 South Extension and it used questionnaires, site visits, interviews, and document analysis method to study the impact of the city and surrounding residents. Study the impact of population movements, along economic, residents of social life, as well as the opening of the MTR role in promoting urban patterns and urban development. Finally, give some guidance to the construction of other subway lines in nanjing.
