摘要:本文运用理论与实证结合分析法对宏观经济调控政策对北京市房地产市场影响作出分析。首先,运用理论分析法对宏观经济政策进行汇总,分类为土地政策,金融政策,税收政策。从理论角度探讨这三类调控政策对房地产市场影响。其次,运用实证分析法通过具体的北京市房地产价格、销售(新房和二手房)等资料,分析北京市房地产市场的发展现状,结合具体的宏观经济调控政策,分析其对房地产市场产生的具体影响。最后理论与实证结合,总结出宏观经济调控政策对北京房地产市场的影响。

Abstract:In this paper, theoretical analysis and empirical analysis of macroeconomic policies on the impact of the real estate market in Beijing.
