摘要
离职是每一家公司都会面临的问题,企业想得到更好的发展就必须要有更多的人才留在企业,为企业出谋划策,一批稳定的员工一方面可以节省相应的招聘培训等的成本费用,另一方面对于员工工作的士气,工作的默契也是有很大的提高作用,这个是不能够用金钱来进行衡量的。本文通过调查问卷,文献查找,对比分析的方法,针对润迅人员流失问题的进行解决。
本文先是对人员流失问题的现状进行概括,并且通过文献资料等得出问题将会对公司产生重大影响,让后同过离职表的资料来进行问题的统计分析,得出统计数据之后再归纳起问题的原因,面对不同的问题,对症下药,一一把问题解决好。更加能够了解到员工的真正需要和激发他们的工作积极性。
