新生代农民工培训现状分析.doc

摘 要：据统计，目前我国新生代农民工的人数已经达到1亿，并且呈逐渐上升趋势，越来越多的新生代农民工的出现吸引了社会各界的密切关注。如今，新生代农工的素质问题已经与我国城市化、现代化、和谐社会的建设密切相关。但是，新生代农民工就业面临着很多困难，同时，新生代农民工培训已成为研究者讨论的重点。因此，对新生代农民工进行培训是提高农民工工作技能与素质的必要手段。文章致力于研究如何解决新生代农民工在这个社会面临的各种困难，并针对各种问题提出相应的对策。

Abstract:According to statistics, the number of China’s new generation of migrant workers has increased to more than 100 million and rises steadily. More and more new generation of migrant employers are constantly emerging. This phenomenon has been aroused the attention of people from all walks of life. Nowadays, the quality of the new generation migrant workers has been a problem related to urbanization, modernization and construction of harmonious society closely. However, the new generation of migrant workers is facing many employment difficulties. Meanwhile, the training of new generation migrant workers has also become the focus of researchers’ exploring. Consequently, Training for the new generation of migrant workers is a necessary means to improve the skills of migrant workers and the quality of work. This paper focuses on how to break through the difficulties of the new generation of migrant workers faced in this society, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures to solve these problems.
