摘 要:近年来,关于逃离“北上广”的话题接连不断,逃离“北上广”是一种社会现象,即不少年轻人在北京、上海、广州等一线城市拼搏数年后,选择回到二、三线城市发展。本文从人力资源视角出发,浅析逃离“北上广“背后隐藏的人力资源分布、薪酬、职业生涯规划、培训与开发、劳动关系管理等相关因素,并提出合理建议,引导当下年轻人理性看待“北上广”等一线城市,认真思考、并选择适合自己工作、生活的城市,寻找适合自己的生活模式。

Abstract:During recent years, the topic regarding Fleeing from “Beijing Shanghai and Guangzhou” has come in a continuous stream. Such trend is a social phenomenon, where a large number of young people have decided to come back to second and third tier cities for development after they have worked and fought for several years in first tier cities, such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and so on. Taking the perspective of human resource as the entry point, this paper has carried out brief analysis on the related factors hidden behind such phenomenon in terms of human resources distributions, salaries, professional career planning, training and development, labor relationship management and so on. Then it has come up with coping strategies in order to guide the young people to treat the first tier cities like “Beijing Shanghai and Guangzhou” with rationality, and to lead them to seriously think about and select cities fit to work and live in as well as to seek for the living modes suitable to themselves.

“北上广”等一线城市政治、经济、文化高度发展,人才荟萃、资讯发达,一直是年轻人追逐梦想的天堂,从2009年开始,逃离“北上广”的观念逐渐被人们所追捧,并引起社会的广泛关注。“北上广”成为了逃离的“围城”,外面,依然有无数的人怀揣着梦想闯入,甘当“蚁族”,想在资源丰富、充满机遇的大都市大显身手,成就一番事业;里面,已经有许多人厌倦了高消费、快节奏,低幸福,开始或者已经逃离,想在曾经不屑一顾的小城市,寻求一份安宁与稳定,继续大都市未实现的理想。这份逃离中或许夹杂着太多的无奈,或许是年轻人的一种理性回归。
