社会工作介入城市流浪儿童的社会救助研究--XX救助站为例.doc

摘要:本文针对当前重庆市流浪儿童基本情况和救助站救助现状，探讨问题存在的原因，根据目前重庆市主要采取的流浪儿童救助形式和流浪儿童自身的特点，提出解决和应对城市流浪儿童问题的对策。重点探讨了如何将社会工作专业理念和方法运用到社会救助实践中，开展城市流浪儿童救助工作,并通过引入社会工作助人自助的新型价值理念和小组工作、社区工作以及社区照顾等专业方法探讨流浪儿童长期、稳定、有效地救助措施，提升城市流浪儿童救助的效果。

ABSTRACT:This article in view of the current basic situation of Chongqing city street children and shelter relief present situation, discussed the reasons of the existence of problem, and according to the current Chongqing mainly take the form of street children rescue and stray children's own characteristics, puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problem of street children and dealing with the city. Mainly discussed how to professional social work philosophy and methods applied to the practice of social assistance, urban street children rescue work, and by introduction of the new value idea of social work helping team and group work, community work, and community care professional methods to explore street children long-term, stable and effective relief measures, improve the effect of the urban street children rescue.
