摘要:我国社会现正处于急速的社会转型时期，各种复杂的社会问题丛生，出现了对社会工作专业发展的极大需求，同时在发展的过程中人们也逐渐意识到了社会工作本土化的重要性并不断进行总结。本文以重庆某社会工作机构开展的进城务工人员心理危机干预项目为例，总结了我国社会工作实践过程中所具有的本土化的特点，这些特点主要表现在依靠行政体系，获取资源支持；社工主动上门，塑造专业形象；建立人情关系，促进服务开展等方面，然后从中西社会制度结构、求助模式、文化价值观、社会工作发展过程等方面分析形成上述特点的原因，引发对社会工作专业未来发展的思考，为今后社会工作服务在我国的开展提供经验和借鉴。

ABSTRACT:Chinese society is now in the period of rapid social transition, lead to all kinds of complex social problems, appeared on the strong demand in the professional development of social work, at the same time people are gradually aware of the importance of the localization of social work and summarize unceasingly. The thesis takes the in the city of Chongqing migrant workers mental crisis intervention program of certain social work agency , summarize the characteristics of localization in the process of social work practice in our country, mainly focus on relying on the administrative system and to acquire resources support, social workers service actively and to establish professional image, to develop human relationship and promote the service and so on, then analysis the causes of the above characteristics from the Chinese and western social system structure, service mode, cultural values, social work development process, so thinking for future development of professional social work, in order to provide experience and reference of social work services in our country in the future development.
