摘 要: 《舌尖上的中国》是2012年央视播出的一系列美食类纪录片，一经播出就引起了广泛关注。它为观众展示了中华美食从南到北、从古至今的发展演变，以及与美食有关的各种风土人情。俗话说，一方水土养一方人。没有大自然的馈赠，何来我们今日餐桌上的佳肴，和与美食相关的那些民俗文化？其实说它是美食类纪录片有些肤浅，因为它是在透过美食来讨论文化。本文通过对《舌尖上的中国》的分析，展现美食由自然走向餐桌的过程中自然与人类的相互影响。
