【摘要】香港青年导演叶念琛独立编导的多部爱情电影，因其对后现代社会的深入思索，成为多重社会疾病的症候显现。他以“爱情三部曲”为代表的影片，颠覆了传统爱情类型电影的叙事模式，爱情观念反传统，呈现为以欺骗与控制为手段的自恋，人物丧失了意义与安全感。叶念琛以其对情感现实的独特表现而契合青年观众的心态，为中小成本电影开启一条探索之路。

Abstract: Hong Kong youth director Patrick Kong, an independent director of many love stories, in-depth thinking of the post-modern society, the multiple social disease symptoms appear. His films, “Love Trilogy” to subvert the narrative mode of the traditional love type of movie, love the concept of anti-traditional, rendered as to deceive and control the means of narcissism; the characters lose meaning and a sense of security. Patrick Kong, its unique performance on the emotional reality fit the mentality of young viewers to open a path of exploration for the small and medium budget films.

叶念琛电影，开创了香港爱情电影多元化存在的纪元，也为当代年轻观众提供了后现代爱情观念的认知反思切入点。虽然说，叶氏电影存在着一些较为突出的矛盾和问题，但整体来说，也是爱情电影风格的出现，给香港特别是中国电影事业的发展，提出了一些设想和启发。
本文旨在对叶念琛电影作品进行分析，主要从导演思想、角色定位、语言特色、叙事风格及拍摄手法等方面全方面展现其电影魅力，对其作出客观公正的评价，使观众更全面地了解叶氏电影风格，和其对香港电影史作出的贡献，为未来香港电影发展研究开辟道路。笔者将从叶氏电影的美学角度出发，理性地做出分析研究，愿对后来者进行同类型研究小有启发。
