摘要:背景:笔者简要介绍了常州市社会经济概况以及快速公交系统BRT的发展,并着重研究了常州市交通发展。之后,主要探讨了此次该文调查问卷区域快速公交一号线。(通过对区域快速公交一号线的调查问卷,从横截面数据比较、时间序列数据比较、满意度比较三个方面分析了常州市建设快速公交的社会与经济效益,指出了发展中存在的一些问题。最后简要探讨了未来常州公共交通发展的思路,认为常州市BRT需要做好普通公交的线路调整,使之成为BRT 交通服务的补充和客流喂给,才能更好的发挥BRT的作用。并给出了相应的四条建议。)
方法与分析:笔者主要通过三个方面的比较进行分析。一是,横向比较:即横截面数据比较,比较了BRT与其他交通工具如轻轨交通,公交和地铁。二是,纵向比较:即时间序列数据比较,比较常州市公交一号线开通前后对居民产生的影响。三是,满意度比较:即问卷数据比较,通过问卷调查,分析数据,得出满意度相关的结论。
政策建议:笔者认为常州市BRT需要做好普通公交的线路调整,使之成为BRT 交通服务的补充和客流喂给,才能更好的发挥BRT的作用。并给出了相应的四条建议。

Abstract: Background: The author briefly describes the socio-economic profile of Changzhou City and the development of Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) system.Then, I focuses on transport development in Changzhou. Finally, I draw a picture of Bus Rapid Transit Line One, the survey area this paper mainly discusses.
Methods and Analysis: This part are mainly about the comparative analysis of three aspects. First, the horizontal comparison(comparison of the cross-sectional data): compare the BRT and other modes of transport such as light rail, bus and subway. Second, the vertical comparison (the time-series data comparison): compare the impact brought by the open of Bus Rapid Transit Line One on residents. Third, satisfaction comparison (comparison of questionnaire data): analyze data from the questionnaire and draw relevant conclusions concern satisfaction.
Policy recommendations: The author believes that Changzhou BRT bus lines need to adjust the ordinary line and make ti to be a complement to BRT passenger transport services, which contributes to better playing the role of BRT. And I raise up with four corresponding recommendations.
