道德建设中“见危不救”现象研究.rar

摘要：我国的精神文明建设、社会主义道德建设已取得了可喜的成绩。然而在时下，一些最基本、最起码的社会道德上却出现了严重问题，尤其是“见危不救”的现象越来越严重，“见危不救”现象主要分为事不关己型、经济利益型、自我保护型、害怕承担责任型以及夫妻间的见危不救等，这一现象的产生主要源于人心的冷漠，人性的自私，经济利益与道德价值的冲突，对见义勇为者褒奖不够，见义勇为制度的不完善，不法分子利用大众爱心同情心犯罪，见义勇为后不得善终的负面舆论，针对性质恶劣的见死不救见危不救缺少惩罚措施等，日趋把人们赶向人心冷漠的道路上。应当适当利用法律惩罚不利于道德建设的媒体以及舆论传播者，严惩影响人们道德取舍的犯罪行为，完善见义勇为制度，制定见义勇为相关奖励措施，坚持思想道德教育，加强和规范各类媒体监管等。为社会道德建设中减少“见危不救”现象的发生做一些思考，以提高整个社会的道德水平。

Abstract：our spiritual civilization construction, socialist moral construction has made gratifying achievements. However, at present, some of the most basic, the most basic social ethics is a serious problem, especially the" not rescuing the people in danger" phenomenon more and more serious," not rescuing the people in danger" phenomenon is mainly divided into NIMBY type, economic interest, self protection, is afraid of commitment and marital not rescuing the people in danger and so, this phenomenon mainly stems from the heart of human selfishness, indifference, economic benefit and moral conflict of values, to do boldly what is righteous person praise is not enough, do boldly what is righteous system not perfect, the illegal use of public sympathy after love crimes do boldly what is righteous, impossible to acquire a peaceful end negative opinion, the nature of the bad from ruin not rescuing the people in danger the lack of punishment, more people catch cold on the way to the heart. Should the appropriate use of legal punishment is not conducive to the moral construction of media and public opinion, severely affected people ethics crime do boldly what is righteous, perfect system, formulate relevant incentives do boldly what is righteous, adhere to the ideological and moral education, strengthen and standardize all kinds of media supervision. As the social moral construction to reduce the " not rescuing the people in danger" phenomenon to do some thinking, to enhance the social morality level.

　　　我国当前正处于经济社会快速发展时期，是新的问题和矛盾逐渐凸现的关键时期，经济的快速发展所带来的精神和思想上的失重困惑着我们的头脑，而道德滑坡的各种表现尤其表现在“见危不救”这一现象上，而且日趋严重和频繁。因此，只有通过加强道德建设来规范和引导人们的行为，才是改善这种“见危不救”现象发生的途径，进一步促进经济社会快速增长，构建和谐社会的长效机制。

　　　人们优良的道德品质会为和谐社会的构建提供强大的精神动力，是社会和谐的重要保证。社会道德水平的高低，直接影响一个国家的社会秩序、社会风气、社会凝聚力，是一个社会文明程度的重要标志。维护公众利益，保持社会稳定方面的作用更加突出，成为人们个人道德修养和社会文明程度的重要表现。如何在市场经济发展中进一步推动社会道德建设关系到整个社会的稳定与发展，关系到整个社会的进步与文明。

　　　抓好道德建设有利于建立稳定的社会秩序，净化不良的社会风气，提高全民族的凝聚力。另外，还可起到促进精神动力的整合作用，也可以使个体精神动力通过群体精神动力上升为社会精神动力。如何在市场经济发展中进一步推动社会道德建设关系到整个社会的稳定与发展，关系到整个社会的进步与文明。
