基于“中国日报”的英语新闻标题文体特征研究_英语论文.docx

摘要:新闻是最主要的大众媒体之一。通过新闻，人们可以增加常识，获得信息，扩展视野。作为最早而且最有影响力的英语大众传媒，中国日报对于侨胞和学英语的人来说是很有用处的。新闻通常包含三个主要的要素：标题，导语和主体。在此中，新闻的标题是最主要的要素。因为人们通常没有足够的时间从头到尾阅读每篇新闻，大多数只是浏览标题，为了在短时间内尽可能获得更多的信息。可见，一个好的英文新闻标题对于新闻报道来说是至关重要的。英语新闻标题有本身鲜明的特色，如果读者不把握阅读要领，就很难明白英语新闻。为了能使英语学习者更好地明白英语新闻标题，本文以“中国日报”为研究语料，主要分析英语新闻标题的文体特征，包括词汇特征、语法特征、语义特征，旨在使英语学习者了解一些浏览新闻标题的策略。

Abstract:As one of the familiar parts of mass media for people to know the world, news not only can enrich our knowledge but also can broaden our field of vision. China Daily, which is the earliest and most influential English media, is good for foreigners who are in China and English learners. News is formed from three elements: the news headline, the lead and the body. Among them, the news headline is the most essential elements of news, because most of the people will skim over the news headlines to search more information instead of reading a whole passage. From this, a good English news headline is crucial for news report. English news headline has its own dynamic stylistic features. If readers have no basic level about this, they will feel confused in comprehending the news report. In order to make English learners have a better understanding of the English news headlines, this paper largely analyses the stylistic features of English news headlines, based on China Daily from the aspects of lexical features, grammatical features and rhetoric features.
