摘要:亨利·基辛格，是一个重量级的政治家。在过去的半个多世纪，不论是在野还是在朝，他的一举一动都对美国的外交政策产生了深刻的影响。在美国深陷战争泥潭，再无力关注他的盟国以及各大区域的政务时，基辛格收到邀请成为尼克松智囊团的一员，开始了他的外交生涯。他个人看重美国在国际社会中的信誉，却更加倾向于美国的国家利益。其政治远见独到，认为未来世界政治将会是多极化的格局，于是采取了均势外交政策，以外交政策为主，辅以有限的战争，实施所谓的全球战略计划，以此来维持美国在国际事务中的政治优势地位。当今众多国际社会关注的问题，比如中东问题，欧洲盟国问题等等悬而未决，这些也都离不开基辛格的影响。时势造英雄，基辛格迎来了属于自己的时代舞台，同样基辛格也用其一生在努力证明英雄造时势这样一个人生哲学。

Abstract:Henry Kissinger, is an important politician. For more than half a century, his movements have had a profound impact on American foreign policy, both in opposition and in the right. When America was mired in war, unable to focus on his allies and regional affairs, Kissinger invited to become a member of the Nixon think-tank, began his diplomatic career. He personally values the reliabilities of the United States in international community but sticks to the national interest of the United States. His political foresight is unique, that the future world politics will be a multipolar pattern, and then adopted a balance foreign policy, supplemented by a small-scale war. He helped to maintain American political superiority status in international affairs, the so-called global Strategic plan. Many of the concerns of the international community today, such as the Middle East, the European Union, and so on remain unresolved, and these are inseparable from Kissinger's influence. History creates heroes, Kissinger has his own stage of the Times, and Kissinger also used his life to prove the heroic creation of this philosophy.
