Abstract
Modern teaching theory indicates that the essence of teaching is interaction and intercourse, the student-student interaction is a kind of resourse which is very key to teaching activities, So many researches on student-student interaction have been conducted. However, most of the previous studies on student-student interaction have been restricted on the theoretical aspects and there is little research on primary school English classroom. Based on the Investigation and Analysis of Huaian H Primary School, this paper intends to conduct a study on student-student interaction in primary school. The author tries to find out the problems of student-student interaction through classroom observation, interview with teachers and students, and finally puts forward some strategies to improve the effectiveness of student-student interaction.
