Abstract: During the process of education, teachers’ feedback plays a very important role both for teachers and students. The feedback is a response to the students written assignments given by the teachers. And the feedback can be seen as a bridge between students and teachers. If the teachers can take full use of it, they will inspire the students to learn. And now more and more people pay attention to the topic, but it is not difficult to find that there are still many problems existing in teachers’ feedback. In this essay, in order to collect the data, I firstly consulted some materials to comprehend the present situation of the teacher feedback on English Written Assignments and then I interviewed different person from different aspect and different grades and classes about the situation of written assignments, teachers’ feedback and the influences on the students to find out some problems. I hope it can help the teachers to realize that they should assign the assignments given on the levels of students and the students can also have a choice about their assignments. When they give the feedback, they can also consider the level of the students and the feedback must be in time.
