Abstract
The game is a form of situational teaching method. It can make teaching become lively and interesting. In this paper, The paper analyzes a widely method of teaching in the current primary school English--The Game Teaching Method. And Combined with the current research results at home and abroad, the paper mainly analyzes that the game plays an important role in English Teaching in primary schools. At the same time, it points out the principles, the possible problems and solutions that should be paid attention to in the application of the game. It also lists some kinds of games which are suitable for primary school English class.
