Abstract
This dissertation is based on the relating theories and research at home and abroad. Situational Teaching Method, as the object of this dissertation is analyzed with many methods like questionnaires, observation and theoretical research. First of all, the research introduces the theoretical basis of Situational Teaching Method and research status. Secondly, through summarizing related theories, the thesis elaborates the advantages and characteristics of the Situational Teaching Method. Lastly, the thesis probes into the problems of its application and puts forward strategies in the process of the application of Situational Teaching Method after analyzing the actual investigation.
