Abstract
With the popularization of English courses in primary and secondary schools, The training of English teachers in primary and middle schools has attracted more and more attention. As the teaching practice and professional development of primary and secondary school English teachers is unique, according to the current situation of primary school English education and its training needs, based on the data that have surveyed and the content that we have analyzed , some training measures must be taken in order to build a well-trained faculty and staff.
