Abstract:In recent years, with the rapid development of communication technology and network information, BaiCiZhan has become a new approach to learn English vocabulary for contemporary college students. This has caused a great impact on the use of traditional English word books to increase word volumes. What this article studies is the effect of BaiCiZhan which is the new mobile learning on college students' English vocabulary learning.
80 students from Xuzhou University of Technology were divided into experimental group and control group to conduct experiments. By comparing these two groups, we verified the advantages of this type of learning method compared to traditional vocabulary learning methods.
Firstly, this paper introduces the background, purpose, significance and the structure of the paper. Chapter Two is the literature review. It briefly discusses the related contents of mobile learning and word memory, and studies the related theory of mobile learning. Chapter Three introduces the details of process and results in this research. The last part is conclusion.
