Abstract:Self-identity is one of the most important conceptual ideas of Mr. Erik H. Erikson on personality theory. The theory opens fresh angle for us to explain in-depth the reason of the internal conflicts confronted by college students during their adolescent personality development. As a kernel on personality development during adolescent, self-identity is key area for us to study and analyze towards deeply understanding the various appearances, characteristics, difficulties and inherences during the process of building college student self-consciousness and personality.
This paper firstly introduce the thesis background and objectives. Then is the literature review on Erikson and his theory of personality development from three aspects: definition of self-identity theory, theoretical framework of self-identity and important concepts related to the theory of self-identity. Then is, the most important part of the paper, the study on college students’ personality development with reference to self-identity theory. Finally, the paper gives a summary and proposes some suggestions on college students’ building of healthy personality.

摘要:自我同一性是埃里克森人格理论的重要概念。同一性问题是青春期人格发展的核心。反应了青春期人格发展所遇到的矛盾和冲突的内在根源。对于研究和分析当代大学生自我意识与人格形成过程中的种种表现、特点、规律和出现的障碍具有重要的意义。本文首先对论文的背景及目标进行介绍。其次,文章介绍了埃里克森本人及其他的理论。对自我同一性的定义,理论框架与重要概念进行阐述。论文核心部分就是探讨自我同一性理论与大学生健康人格发展的联系及启示,最后提出解决办法与建议。
