摘要:现今幼儿园资料室的利用程度低,收藏资料与教师需求不符等实际问题被一线教师频频提出,在此背景下,本研究调查了幼儿园资料室的建设现状,包括幼儿园资料收集的种类和数量,加工整理方式等,也调查了一线教师对于其所在园的资料室的使用程度和对其服务的满意程度,获得了一系列调查结果,研究者将其汇总并进行分析,得出了幼儿园资料室的建设现状,并基于此现状提出合理化的建议。

Abstract:Some practical problems have been brought forward by some distinguished kindergarten teacher because of the low utilization rate of kindergarten data rooms and the disagreement between the data in the archives and teachers’ requirements. In that context, this paper aims at probing into the current situation of the construction of data rooms in kindergarten, including the kinds and quantities of the data and the collection ways as well as the level of use in kindergarten data rooms by distinguished teachers and their satisfaction level. This investigation has achieved some results. After I collect and analyze the information, I have arrived at the conclusion of the current construction of kindergarten data rooms and also give my reasonable suggestions based on this situation.

幼儿园资料室的服务对象是幼儿园教育教学人员,主要职能在于多维的为教师的教学活动和专业成长提供支持和帮助。根据一线教师的普遍反映,幼儿园资料室的利用率并不太高,笔者从在幼儿园的实习中也感到幼儿园资料室对作为实习教师的我帮助并不大,实习的一个半月中只借阅过一次资料室的资料。幼儿园资料室的低效使用应该是资料室的建设中出现的大问题。
教师在使用中出现的诸多问题促使幼儿园资料室在教师心中的作用逐渐降低,有些教师甚至不再第一时间向资料室寻求帮助了。资料室就降低了服务教师的作用。
试想如果能够通过合理的资料室建设实现高水平的资料文献的的分享与多次利用,那么将会给幼儿教师带来多大的便利,这也正是幼儿园资料室的真正职责。
本文拟对幼儿园的资料室的建设现状进行调查,在对现行的幼儿园建设与管理制度现状的基础上,试图从实用的角度提出建设性的意见。
