摘要:本研究以南京市的一所幼儿园为例,选取某中班进行实地观察,通过对收集到的142个师幼互动行为事件进行定量描述和定性分析,揭示了中班师幼互动行为的一些基本特征,对其形成原因进行深入的分析和讨论,并提出关于建构良好师幼互动的建议:树立正确的规则教育观;关注幼儿内心需求;转变幼儿园管理方式;制定师幼互动相关标准。

Abstract:This research is focused on everyday interactions between teacher and child, and a middle class in the kindergarten of Nanjing was selected as my research case. The researcher attempts to make known some basic feature of the Teacher-child interaction in a middle class with the quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis of the 142 Teacher-child interaction cases, which I have obtained through field observation in the kindergarten, and then have a analysis of the formation of its causes. Furthermore, this research gives some suggestions to improve the interactions of teacher-child: we should set right views on rule education; pay close attention on inner requirement of children to form a safe and free environment; mutate the management of the kindergarten; establish appropriate standards of the interactions between teachers and children.

要真正触及幼儿的真实生活、儿童世界,对他们建构起的行为规范和社会行为进行合理解释,我们必须深入观察幼儿园的一日生活,去思考幼儿与教师之间在幼儿园到底发生了什么,进而对幼儿教育的实践和观念做出合理的价值判断。
在理论方面,本研究为提高当前师幼互动质量提供一定的实质性证据,丰富了师幼互动行为方面的研究,同时也为提高教师素质的研究提供一条重要途径;在实践方面,本研究帮助幼教工作者更好地了解当前幼儿在幼儿园里的真实生存状况,反思自身的教育行为,提高互动质量和有效性,更好地支持、促进幼儿身心健康和谐发展。
