XX市农村小学生“低龄寄宿”存在的问题及对策研究.doc

摘要：农村寄宿制学校的出现是顺应社会发展的需求，无论是政府工作还是社会舆论都对农村寄宿制学校给予了很多支持与肯定，而对于农村寄宿制学校的运行管理及其存在的问题却少有深入的研究，因此怎样切实有效的管理寄宿小学生，成了研究的盲点。本文以蒙自周边的农村小学为例进行访谈，并以访谈资料为基础，讨论农村寄宿制小学生存在的问题，从学校、教师、学生三个方面分析出现问题的原因，并根据分析提出相应的解决对策，为农村寄宿制小学的有效管理提出有针对性的指导意见。

Abstract:The appearance of boarding school in rural areas is comply with the needs of social development. Both the work of the government and the Media promotion are making great contribution to support and affirm the rural boarding school，however ，there are few indepth study on the operation and management of the rural boarding school or its problems. Therefore, how to manage the boarding  primary students  effectively has become the blind spot of the study. This paper took the rural primary school surrounding Mengzi as an example to make an interview and discussed the existing problems of the rural boarding pupils according to the information from the interview. It had analyzed the causes of the problems from the three aspects: schools, teachers, and students and put forward the corresponding countermeasures to give some useful suggestion for the management of the rural boarding primary school.

当前，寄宿制学校是一种顺应社会发展的办学模式，它解决了因撤点并校而使一些导致部分小学生上学难的问题，对优化教育资源，保障教育公平，提高办学效益起到了很大作用。但给学校增加了对寄宿生进行妥善管理的负担。而农村寄宿制小学由于条件差，许多硬件条件跟不上而出现了一些问题，本文通过对蒙自市周边农村寄宿小学的访谈调查，从学校、教师、学生三方面出现的问题进行原因分析，从而提出解决对策，为使农村寄宿制小学不断完善提出指导意见。在新一轮学校布局调整后，多建、建好寄宿制学校不失为一条行之有效的举措。这一办学形式有值得推广普及的价值和意义。而要使这一办学形式更为科学、合理和完善，则还需要不断地关注其运作实践和发展趋向，并对相关问题进行更为广泛的探讨。
