XX镇农村小学教师专业化发展的现状研究.doc

摘 要

　　　教师专业化的发展影响着学校的发展与成败，是教学质量的重要保障，教师专业化的提升也越来越受到服务对象和有关专家学者的关注，教师专业化发展是现在教育改革的一个重要趋势，我国政府对此也有高度的认识，开展了一系列培养教师专业化的活动。但教师专业化发展仍然存在问题，本文讲述教师专业化发展的重要性，阐明其内涵，对玉溪市通海县农村小学教师进行调查，对秀山镇农村小学教师专业素质状况,主要包括教师的专业意识、专业知识和专业技能方面进行调查与分析,找出他们专业化发展过程中存在的问题，从学校、教师、教育本身社会等多方面来分析农村小学教师专业化发展中存在问题的原因，并结合当地实际情况,提出加快教师专业化发展的有效策略。

But the professional development of teachers still existing problems, this article about the importance of teachers' professional development, expounds the connotation of Tonghai Grafschaft investigation of rural primary school teachers, the mountain town of rural primary school teachers' professional qualities, mainly including teachers' professional consciousness, professional knowledge and skills in investigation and analysis, find out their professional development of the existence of the problem, from the school, teachers, education itself to analyze the rural social aspects of primary school teachers' professional development of the existing problems in the reason, and combined with the local actual condition, the author puts forward the professional development of teachers to speed up the effective strategy.
