摘要

    经过30多年的改革开放和经济发展，我国的国内生产总值和贸易额都发生了翻天覆地的变化，但是随着近年来的金融危机和欧债危机使得我国的经济从各个方面受到了影响。就在这样一个徘徊前进的大趋势下，保持支撑我国经济总体命运的工业的增长成了保增长、促发展的重要环节，而保持工业特别是重工业中的钢铁行业的增长无疑是其中的关键，这也就要求我们确保发展钢铁行业的原料供给。

　　　中外铁矿石贸易对中国钢铁行业的意义十分重要，2011年中国铁矿石原矿产量达13.27亿吨。由此可见，中外铁矿石贸易对弥补国内产量的不足，突破阻碍钢铁行业进一步发展的限制起到了不可替代的作用。

　　　中朝铁矿石贸易能够促进区域经济的发展，发展和扩大中朝铁矿石贸易对于保证我国东北地区钢铁行业的发展有着一定的作用，对于我国东北老工业基地的振兴也有着积极的意义。

　　　本文主要通过概述中朝铁矿石贸易的现状，分析中朝铁矿石贸易现状中存在的问题及其原因，提出促进中朝铁矿石贸易发展的对策和建议，以期实现东北地区钢铁行业快速且稳定的发展，从而促进东北老工业基地的振兴。

ABSTRACT

After 30 years of reform and opening up and economic development, China's gross domestic product and trade happened to turn the world upside down changes, but as in recent years, the financial crisis and the European debt crisis makes China's economy has been affected from all aspects of.In such a wandering the forward tendency,keep the growth of the industry became to maintain growth and promote the economic development of important link, and keep the heavy industry of steel industry growth is undoubtedly one of the key, which requires us to ensure that the development of steel industry raw material supply. 

   Chinese and foreign trade of iron ore to China the significance of the steel industry is very important, in 2011 China's iron ore undressed ore output reached 1.327 billion tons, and in the same year the import of iron ore to 684 million tons, the iron ore import accounts for about 51.5% of the domestic iron ore undressed ore production, thus it can be seen,the Chinese and foreign iron ore trade to compensate for insufficient domestic production, to break the iron and steel industry further limitations of the development plays an irreplaceable role.

    China and north Korea's iron ore trade can promote the development of regional economy, the development of China and north Korea's iron ore trade to guarantee in the northeast of the development of steel industry have certain effect, for our country the revitalization of the old industrial base in northeast China also has a positive meaning.

    This article mainly through an overview of the iron ore trade current situation, analysis of the iron ore trade current situation existing problems and their causes, put forward to promote the iron ore trade development countermeasure and proposal, in order to achieve northeast area iron and steel industry, rapid and stable development, so as to promote the revitalization of northeast old industrial base.
