Abstract:With the application of New English Curriculum, English teachers and learners are encountering many problems in order to adapt to development of modern society. Making students to become independent and efficient learners is modern ideas and contents. To learn students’ learning strategies and problem solving can make both instructors and learners work efficiently and cooperatively. This paper attempted to explore the students learning strategies when they learn English as a foreign language. The research sample was a group of students in Grade 3 in senior middle school. Data had been collected by questionnaire and observation. The findings had showed that students were lack of learning strategies including vocabulary learning as well as grammar learning strategies. Students learning problems and factors had been analyzed in this paper.

摘要:随着英语新课程的应用,英语教学如何适应现代社会的发展,是英语教师和学生面临的问题。培养学生成为独立的学习者,提高学习效率是现代教育的理念,也是教学内容之一。为了解学生的学习策略水平,发现学生学习当中的问题。本文以腾冲三中高中三年级学生为例,采用了问卷调查法和观察法,就学生的学习策略水平做了一个初步的调查。调查结果显示学生能够使用的学习策略十分有限,包括词汇、语法等方面的策略。同时,分析了学生的学习问题和成因。
