Abstract
From the perspective of theoretical analysis, this paper discusses the teaching methods of teachers and learning skills of students. The content consists of four parts. The paper starts from the discussion of the psychology of the middle school students, then looks back on general review of the concepts of effective teaching, and puts forward the corresponding solutions to the final conclusion.
