Abstract
This paper intends to find out how junior English teachers can improve learning efficiency in classroom teaching. First, the author analyzes the reasons of low efficiency in English classroom teaching, such as backward teaching notions, junior students’ uneven English level and careless lesson preparation. Then, the author puts forward some strategies to improve learning efficiency in English classroom teaching. Finally, it concludes that it is important to be an efficient learner. If you want to be an efficient learner, you should attach importance to these strategies and adopt the strategies.
