Abstract
English, as one of the world's most widely used language, plays an increasingly important role for people to communicate in different countries and regions. People's attention to English learning is also increasing. In the process of learning English, Chinese students have been plagued by their dialectic accents on English pronunciations. This paper takes three dialects for example, analyzing the characteristics and influences of the local dialects, and come up with some methods to overcome the negative transfer from dialectic accents.
