Abstract:English is a strongly inclusive language. In the over 2000 year’s history of language development, English continues clashing and merging with other languages. It is common to see that many non-English words are introduced into English and used by English speakers. There is a infiltration between Chinese and English. Beginning with comparing the loanwords of Cantonese and English and illustrating the phenomenon that there are a number of English created according to the Cantonese pronunciation, the paper will reveal the influence which Cantonese brings onto English and try to explicate the phenomenon of cultural infiltration behind.
