Abstract
This thesis studies the relationship between man and nature, male and female from the perspective of eco-feminism in A Farewell to Arms. Hemingway calls for people to protect nature and establish a harmonious relationship with nature. At the same time, Hemingway also expresses his respect and admiration to the female characters in this novel. He recognizes women’s irreplaceable importance in men’s life and shows his feminist sensibility.
