Abstract

This thesis studies the period of love between the two Characters in The Time Traveler’s Wife from the angle of their romantic relationship. This thesis explains the appearance and difficulties of their transience of love by analyzing the disease which makes Henry time travel and the features of their love. This thesis will study the insistence of two characters to find out the cause of their eternal love. What’s more, this thesis compares this kind of love story with classical love story, to study possibilities of the existence of different love. Therefore, the thesis can come to the conclusion that true love can go through the space-time, and will stay forever in the eternity.
