Abstract:The Kite Runner was one of the main works of Khaled Hosseini. Since 2003, this book has touched hundreds of millions of readers. In 2005, it was the third best-selling book in the United States. It was sold more than 7 million copies in America and 20 million copies in the world. The book focused on the kite and the story of two Afghan teenager’s friendship to expound the salvation of human nature. Based on the detailed reading, This paper aimed to explore the different choices that made by Amir, Hassan and Assef under the extremely circumstances, so as to dissect human nature’s deficiency and the salvation of human nature.
