Abstract
Lord of the Flies is a philosophy of the modern prophetic novel written by a British writer William Golding. The novel explores the root inside people about why they kill each other from different angles in order to reveal the theme of evil of human nature. Golding thinks about human nature problems for the whole life, in Lord of the Flies, he uses a group of children to prove that there is evil in human nature, warning people to pay attention to the defects of human nature and calling on people to the purification of the soul. In this thesis, through the theme of the novel, the analysis of main characters and the exploration of classic symbols to show the redemption and evil of human nature in humanity and finally comes to the conclusion of the reflection of human nature.
