随着市场竞争的加剧，企业所面临的财务风险日益增大。本文主要探讨了定义，类型，成因和财务风险的潜在危害，并提出了具体的对策，以避免它的更大危害。随着经济全球化和市场机制的加强，企业之间的竞争也越来越激烈。更多的企业面临更为严峻的财务风险问题，其中多集中在公司财务经营影响的不确定性的管理上。管理不力的低估会造成巨大的经济损失，有的已接近破产，倒闭。因此，在认识上，预防和财务风险控制的研究已成为一个重要课题。因此财务风险管理的研究不仅在理论上，而且在实际上。

With the intensification of market competition, the financial risk faced by enterprises increases day by day. This paper primarily probes into the definition, types, causes and potential harms of financial risk, and puts forward some detailed countermeasures to avoid it. More enterprises are facing more severe financial risks. Financial risk focuses on the management of uncertainties in companies’financial operating effects. The underestimation of financial risks and ineffective management would cause tremendous economical loss, and some is close to going bankrupt even, close down. So the research in awareness, prevention and control of the financial risks has become an important subject. The study of the financial risk management is not only theoretically but practically significant.
