本文首先介绍了英语重音的分类、英语重音在表意方面的重要作用。本文基于前人对于英语重音学习方面的研究成果，对现在中国学生学习英语语音的情况作了一些初步的调查研究，概括总结了通过初步调查发现的一些中国学生在学习英语重音时存在的问题，尝试提出了一些解决方案，希望能够应用在教学实践中，使语言学习者能够更好地学习语言，更好地理解英语的重音和节奏。
The article starts from the classification of English stress, and the illustration of the expressive function which is the most important function of English stress. Based on the results of previous research on English stress, this paper tries to summarize the problems existing in the stress leaning of Chinese students by carrying out a preliminary investigation. And then, the paper raises some problems in stress when Chinese students learn to speak English. It also offers some possible solutions to the problems according to the research, which can be used in the practice of teaching, to make the language learners have a better understanding of English stress and rhythm, adopt a better learning method.
This paper focuses on the stress problems that Chinese students encounter when they begin to learn to speak in English. It involves the definition and classification of the English stress and the two main functions of stress. For the current situation of Chinese students’ learning of English stress, this paper raises five problems in it. And then, by studying previous research, this paper also puts forward five corresponding methods for the students to improve their learning. In a word, the stress of English is a very important part in learning of English, Learners of English cannot deem lightly of this issue. As a result, the aim of this article is to make the language learners have a better understanding of English stress and rhythm, adopt a better learning method. Thus, they could acquire an effective method in international communication and overcome the language barriers
English phonetics, linguist, teaching experts, etc, all of them emphasize great importance to English learners to master English stress. It is a fact that to master stress is not an easy thing. Which syllable need to be stressed in an English word is also not easy for a fresh English learner to decide. As a result, the learning of a new word along with remembering of its stress is regarded as a shortcut method for an English beginner. A good English dictionary will tell you the position of word stress. If someone puts the stress of a word in a wrong position, people in English-speaking countries will get confused and cannot distinguish the intention of speakers.
Through the study of the full text, it is the fact that stress is objectively exist in daily English leaning. As a matter of fact, it is very necessary and significant to understand the rules and functions of the English stress. hence, it can solve the problems about language transfer and provides the basis for the formation of language custom. Every language has its own set of voice system and pronunciation rules, such as the use of location of the stress to distinguish meaning, use intonation to distinguish meaning and express emotion. Through the research, find out the importance and of the stress ,also there are some problems in English leaning. It certainly can put forward a solution through the difficulties of English learners in the learning process. |
