摘要:随着近几年《幼儿成长手册》在各大幼儿园的盛行，作为家园合作的一种新形式，不仅记载了幼儿在幼儿园学习的情况，还能反应出幼儿在家里的生活情况。一本成长手册，不管是对于教师，家长，还是幼儿自身，它都是非常有意义的，逐渐变成幼儿园家园合作过程中必不可少的一部分，它不仅有利于促进家园合作工作质量的提高，也为促进幼儿身心全面和谐发展提供了一条有效的途径。
研究表明，（1）幼儿园家园合作的形式多样，最受教师和家长欢迎的还是家长活动开放日和家长会等传统的合作形式。《幼儿成长记录册》的合作方式多流于形式，在家园合作中的程度处于低层次阶段，家长仍然处于被动地位。（2）影响《幼儿成长记录册》价值的主要因素是家长与教师自身的因素，家长与教师之间的关系，幼儿园管理方面的因素。
