大班幼儿角色游戏中教师的指导行为研究.doc

摘要: 本文是针对教师在大班幼儿角色游戏中的指导行为进行的研究，采用了质的研究方法，并辅以相关数据的呈现和说明。从教师介入的时机和策略、指导身份、指导方式和指导结果等几个方面考察教师在幼儿角色游戏中的指导特征并进行分析讨论。同时在对教师指导的行为事件进行观察的过程中，也发现了教师一些不合适的教育方式，希望通过此项研究为幼教一线和准教师们提供一些帮助和启示。

Abstract:This paper is aimed at the preschool teacher class in the game behavior role guiding the studies using a qualitative research methods, supplemented by relevant data present and instructions. The timing of the intervention from teachers and strategy, guiding status, guiding mode and guiding the results in several respects inspect the preschool teacher guiding characteristics and role games are discussed. Also on the guidance of teachers in the behavioral event of the observing process, also found that the teacher some improper education mode, hope that through the study for preschool education first and quasi teachers provide some help and enlightenment.

　　角色游戏具有游戏的典型特点。主动性、趣味性、社会性、虚构性在角色游戏中表现得异常明显，它能满足幼儿身心发展的需要。但是在角色游戏中，幼儿主动性、积极性、创造性的发挥，只有在教师正确的指导下才能得以实现的。

　　虽然已有学者在幼儿角色游戏中教师指导行为这个领域做了一定的研究与调查，但是在这里我希望通过研究可以让自己对角色游戏中教师指导行为有更深入的了解，同时也希望能让更多人知道如何正确的去指导幼儿游戏，明白教师的指导对于幼儿发展的影响，从而劝诫那些存在错误指导行为教师能够公平、深入的了解到每个幼儿，从而做出正确的指导。对于我自己，我想通过对游戏中教师指导行为的研究，更透彻清晰地了解教师的指导会给幼儿带来的影响，从而可以让自己更好的对幼儿作出正确的指导。
