关于初步构建全程实践模式的探讨.doc

摘要

　　　随着教育的不断改革，教师教育逐步向着专业化、终生化和一体化的方向发展。搞好实践教学是实现小学教育专业师范生专业化的关键。为培养具有专业基础理论扎实、实践动手能力强，具有创新精神的应用型人才，笔者结合四年大学学习经历初步构建全程实践模式，通过全程化、系统化、多样化的方式培养学生的实践能力。通过全程实践模式把教育实践有机的纳入课程体系中使两者相互反馈、相互作用，从实践的高度提高师范生的素质与能力。

ABSTRACT

　　　With the continuing reform of education, teacher education is moving towards the direction of the professional, lifelong and integration development. Do well is to realize the practice teaching education major students in elementary school specialized key. For training of professional basic theory and practical ability solid, innovative application talents, the author four year university learning experience sets up the whole practice mode, through the whole course, systematic and diversified way train students' practical ability. Education through a full practice mode to practice organic into the curriculum system for manipulation of both mutual feedback, interaction, from the practice of the height increase the quality and ability of the Normal School Students
