中年级小学生语文学习中非智力因素调查研究.doc

摘要：根据国内外关于智力发展的研究证明，人的智力因素要发挥最大的效能，必须有突出的非智力因素的作用。未来教育是造就全面发展的人的唯一方法。非智力因素的培养是实现全面发展的重要组成部分。新课标要求重视对学生进行“知识与能力、过程与方法、情感态度与价值观”三个维度的培养，以全面提高学生的语文素养，这就将以往一直被教育所忽略的“情感态度与价值观”这一非智力因素的培养提到了教学的重要位置上。小学时期是培养非智力因素的关键时期，教育工作者只有在了解学生非智力因素发展状况的基础上，才能发挥更大的教育作用。本课题主要研究非智力因素中的动机、兴趣和态度三大因素。我将采用问卷调查法、访谈法、观察法分析学生在语文学习五大板块中的动机、态度和兴趣取向，并对新课程背景下语文教学如何培养学生的非智力因素提出自己的建议，同时为自己步入教师行列的从事教书育人工作做好准备。

Abstract：According to the research of the development of the domestic and international about non-intelligence，the function of non-intelligence is very important. In the future ,our education will be the only way to make the overall development person. Cultivate non-intelligence is one important component of the education .The new curriculum standard requires our pupils  must be developed by three dimensions——knowledge and ability, process and method , attitudes and values.With the forward of new curriculum standard, non-intelligence has been ascended to an important position. Primary period is the key period of cultivating non-intelligence factors. If education workers want their teaching  play important roles , they must understand the non-intelligence of every student. This topic will mainly research the motivation 、 interest and attitude of non-intelligence.I’ll use the method of questionnaires, interview and observation to research the pupils’motivation,interest and attitude in Chinese study.Under the background of new curriculum, I’ll give my advice to how to cultivate the student’s non-intelligence，meanwhile,prepairing for my education.

语文新课标提出的重视对学生进行“知识与能力、过程与方法、情感态度与价值观”几方面的培养，以全面提高学生的语文素养，这一要求，就将以往一直被教育所忽略的情感态度与价值观这一非智力因素的培养提到了教学的重要位置上。而存在一部分学校，任然受传统的教育观念影响，注重对智力因素的开发，忽视了非智力因素的培养。非智力因素是人类心理活动的一个重要组成部分，相对于智力因素或认知因素而言，非智力因素主要表现为注意、动机、兴趣、意志、性格等，在智力与能力发展中起着动力、习惯和补偿作用。研究表明，非智力因素虽然不直接参与认知过程，但这些非智力因素通过有机结合，形成一个具有维持、调节、强化等多种功能的动力结构系统，对认识过程起到直接制约作用，在学生学习中起到至关重要的作用。语文作为小学生学习科目中的最重要内容之一，非智力因素对其无疑也有着重要的影响。为了有效的掌握中年级小学生语文学习中非智力因素的体现，我确定了本文论题，对中年级学生做数据分析，期望从学生和教师的角度获得相关结论，并针对实际学习中出现的问题提出适当的建议。
