摘 要

   挫折教育对如今的小学生非常必要,小学生提高承受心理挫折的能力,对身心健康发展,人格不断完善,掌握知识技能,增长才干,取得学业成功等,都有着十分重要的意义。挫折能激发学生情绪反应的力量,增强小学生心理承受力,提高其认知水平,减少心理疾病,增强小学生的意志品质。而挫折教育的施行需要家庭、学校以及学生自我的共同努力。论文首先从小学生的学习方面,人际关系方面,兴趣方面,家庭方面,自信方面来阐述挫折的来源,其次再从挫折给小学生带来的各种影响引出挫折教育的必要性,最后从家庭方面,学校方面,小学生自己三个角度提出实施挫折教育的基本策略,帮助小学生积极勇敢的面对挫折,促进心理健康的发展。

ABSTRACT

   The frustration is very necessary education for today's primary school and primary school students to improve the ability to withstand the psychological setbacks, physical and mental health, personality and constantly improve, acquire knowledge and skills and increase their abilities, academic success, have great significance. Setbacks can stimulate students' emotional reactions, strength, endurance, strengthen elementary school students, to improve their cognitive level, to reduce mental illness, enhance the quality of the will of the primary school students. Setbacks for the purposes of education needs of families, schools, and students' self joint efforts. Firstly, from the primary and secondary school students learning, interpersonal skills, interest in terms of family, self-confidence of the source of frustration, followed by the range of implications from the setback to primary school leads to the necessity of frustration education, and finally from the family. With regard to schools, three primary school students their own point of view put forward the basic strategy for implementation of the setbacks in education. Help pupils brave the face of setbacks, and to promote the development of mental health.
