摘 要: 随着现代科学技术的进步和社会的不断发展,新课程理念的实施,教师不仅仅是“传道、授业、解惑者”,更重要的是成为学习者、研究者、促进者、设计者。特别是在教学条件和设备都比不上城市的农村,小学语文新手型教师在这些复杂的角色中更需要正确认识自己所要扮演的角色,努力适应其角色,增强其职业稳定性,激发良好的工作表现,促进专业成长,更好的融入社会生活。本文以云南省昆明市晋宁县上蒜镇第二小学为例,主要从农村小学语文新手型教师存在的角色适应问题入手,分析产生小学语文新手型教师角色适应问题的原因,并且提出相应的对策。

ABSTRACT:With the development of modern science and technology and the progress of society, the implementation of the new curriculum idea, the teacher not only is "preaching, tuition, expositor", more important is to be learners, researchers, designers, facilitators. Especially in the teaching conditions and equipment than the city's rural primary school language, the novice teachers in these complex role more in need of his own role to play the correct understanding, to adapt its role, strengthen its occupation stability, stimulate the good work performance, and promote the professional growth, better integrate into social life. In this paper, taking Jinning County of Yunnan province Kunming City garlic town second primary school as an example, mainly from primary school teachers of Chinese New Rural role adaptation problems, analysis of primary school language novice teachers role adaptation problems, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.
