摘 要:研究以农村寄宿制小学的学生适应状况为切入点,调查分析“学校布局”调整后农村寄宿制小学生的适应状况,旨在为农村寄宿制学校的建设和日常教学管理,以及寄宿学生的家长、教师帮助学生更好地适应学校生活提供客观、真实的佐证。本研究以里山中心小学为个案,通过对学校的背景资料、寄宿小学生的饮食状况、寄宿原因及条件、家庭与学校适应性等方面进行深入了解,客观的展示、分析农村小学生适应寄宿制学校的现状,从存在问题的基础上,找出造成适应性问题存在的原因,通过对调查结果的分析,结合当地教育条件和经济状况,应通过以下途径来提高学生的学校适应性:一是加大对寄宿制学校的资金投入,改造学校的软硬件环境;二是加强对师资队伍的建设和培训;三是开展学生心理辅导,促进学生心理健康发展;四是加强家校的联系与合作。

ABSTRACT:Studying on rural boarding primary students’ adaptation as the breakthrough point, this thesis analyzes the adaptation of rural boarding primary students after the layout adjustment in order to improve the construction of the rural boarding school and daily teaching management, as well as to let the boarding students’ parents and teachers help them better adapt to school life. This paper analyzes the situation about the rural boarding primary students’ adaptation through the school’s background, dietary status, boarding causes and conditions, family and school adaptation-depth understanding as an example of Lishan Central Primary School. Based on the existing problem, this paper will find out the causes. By the analysis of survey results and combined with the local education and economic conditions, we should increase students' adaptability to boarding school through the following ways: firstly, we should increase the boarding school funding and hardware and software environment of the school; secondly, we should strengthen the construction and the training of teachers; thirdly, we should develop students' psychological counseling to promote the development of students' mental health; fourthly, we should strengthen the contact and cooperation between home and school.
