小学数学课堂师生互动有效教学策略研究.doc

【摘  要】随着新课改的实施，师生互动的观念已经在大部分老师的脑海中根深蒂固，然而现实课堂中的师生互动仍旧存在许多的问题，例如：课堂师生互动意识模糊，师生互动单一化、虚假化，教师提问难度的不适宜性，课堂师生互动中机会的不均等性。本文力图通过实际观察，课例研究以及访谈来具体了解课堂师生互动存在的问题，同时寻找解决问题的策略。

【Abstract】With the implementation of the new curriculum, the conception of teacher-student interaction has been deeply rooted in the minds of most teachers, but the reality of the teacher-student interaction still exist many problems which in the classroom, for example, the teacher-student interaction of classroom still with confusion, simplified, virtualized,and teachers’ questions are not appropriate of difficulty , classroom teacher-student interaction  opportunity  among students  is inequality .This paper try to understand the specific problems by actual observations, lesson studies and interviews  among the  teacher-student of classroom interaction, while looking for a strategy to solve the problem.

　　小学数学课堂师生互动的有效性直接影响整体教学的有效性。师生互动，作为学校教育中最基本、最主要的人际互动，良好的师生互动不仅有利于课堂教学质量的提高，更有利学生身心和谐发展、有利于教师良好人格魅力的形成和教师专业成长。在新课改实施后，教师有了师生互动的意识，小学数学课堂中学生参与变得积极，然而在实际操作中却产生了许多问题。如教师不能很好的掌握课堂时间的分配，提出的问题过于随意化，并未注重课堂中的生成性问题，学生间机会的不平等性等问题。笔者通过走近教师和学生、走进小学数学课堂、研究课堂师生互动，立足课堂教学实践，通过观察小学数学课堂中师生互动，发现小学课堂教学中的低效或无效的师生互动，从实践的层面为促进小学课堂师生有效互动提供具有操作性的策略。
