摘要:《新课程标准》提出明确的要求:我们要关注每一位学生,对学生要一视同仁。而我们经常只重视和关注少部分人,属于大群体的中层生我们给予的关注与重视太少,本文主要观察和访谈了少数几个比较典型的中层生,试图以此来简略的了解他们。中层生和优等生、差生之间,老师在对待他们及中层生之间都是不同的。由于中层生之间存在着差异性,所以老师在对待时必须要尊重他们的个性,在给予重视与关注的同时注意发展他们的潜力,从而使得中层生逐渐地成长,成为不输优等生的学生,即使成绩不是名列前茅,但在某方面有突出的成绩,这样中层生也是得到了发展和成长。他们会更自信的!

教学中面对的人数最多的群体--在班级里人数占大半的“中层生”。给予这类学生更多的关注是必需的也是必要的,他们不容忽视,他们需要爱。况且,高尔基也说过:“谁爱孩子,孩子就爱他,只有爱孩子的人才可以教育孩子。”小学生的年龄阶段和心理特点都让我们对他们会倾注的更多,不过普遍的现象还是:“好生”的学习好教师给予的关爱当然会比较多,而“差生”则因为成绩不好又调皮捣蛋也会招来教师的“照顾”。恰恰存在于他们之间的大部分的“中间生”是最需要教师重视和关爱的,而且,《新课程标准》提出明确的要求:我们要关注每一位学生,对学生要一视同仁。“中层生”的人数在班上占了大半,是一个人数众多,不容忽视的大群体。如果我们能促使他们积极向上,使他们跨进尖子生的行列,那么我们的教学水平就能得到大大的提高。因此,关注中间生是十分必要而且需要教师来将关爱与关心传递下去,真正让他们从“奴仆”成为“主人”。
