激发小学语文学困生学习动机的策略研究.doc

摘要:在教育理论中,学习动机是能够直接影响学习效果的条件之一。拥有正确、积极向上的学习动机,会对学生的学习起着促进作用。如果学习动机较弱,学生会提不起学习的兴趣,成绩也会不理想。针对语文学困生来说,一般而言他们的学习动机都不强烈,或者他们没有掌握正确的学习方法,在学习语文的过程中,感受不到学习带来的成功体验。再者,针对小学阶段的学困生来说,他们的学习自主性还不高,教师的引导仍起着至关重要的作用。小学阶段的语文课程,越来越强调学生在学习中的主体地位,着重让学生自己去学习,自己去探索发现。在日常学习的过程中积累知识,培养自己的语文素养,陶冶自己的情操。语文课程的这些特点,意味着教师必须要培养学生自主学习的能力,促进学生养成自主学习的习惯,也意味着激发和保持学生的学习动机成了教师的重要工作。作为教育工作者,必须密切关注学生的学习动机,认真研究学生的动机水平,尤其是学困生。因材施教,针对不同的学科、不同的个体,施予不同的策略,努力激发和提高学生的学习动机。

Abstract:In the education theory, learning motivation is one of the conditions to study effect of direct effect. With correct, positive learning motivation, the students learning plays a role in promoting. If the learning motivation is weak, the student will lift not interest in learning, performance will not ideal. For Chinese students, in general, their learning motivation is not strong, or they do not master correct learning methods, in the process of language learning, do not feel the success experience of learning. Furthermore, for primary school students, their learning autonomy is not high, the guidance of teachers still plays a vital role in. Primary school Chinese curriculum, more and more emphasis on the subject status of students in learning, especially for students to learn, to discover. The accumulation of knowledge in the process of daily learning, cultivate their language literacy, cultivate their own sentiments. These characteristics of Chinese course, means that teachers must cultivate self-learning ability of students, promote students to develop the habit of independent learning, also means to stimulate and maintain the learning motivation of students has become an important work of teachers. As educators, we must pay close attention to students' learning motivation, seriously study the students' motivation level, especially the students with learning difficulties. Teach students in accordance with their aptitude, aimed at individual different disciplines, different, giving a different strategy, to arouse and improve the students' learning motivation.

   教育是多方面综合的结果,需要教师、家长以及学生本人的共同努力。教育是一个长期的过程,学困生的形成也不是一朝一夕的,激发学困生的学习动机从而转化学困生的工作也并非能一蹴而就的。在如何有效激发小学语文学困生的问题上,必须做到以学生的努力为基本,以教师的教育为主,家长的作用为辅,三者协调,共同促进学困生学习动机的养成。在具体的教育过程中,教师更应该以宽厚博爱、坚持不懈的心,理解和帮助学困生,让所有的学生都能够成长发展,从而实现素质教育的最终目的!
