摘要:微生物物种丰富、分布广泛,是一类具有巨大开发潜力的生物资源和基因资源。因此,世界各国对微生物资源的研究和开发竞争日益激烈[1]。而微生物资源信息数据库作为信息资源平台的重要组成部分,可提供丰富的微生物种质信息,对于微生物资源的研究和充分利用具有重要的作用。
本文对北京市农林科学院植物保护环境保护研究所保藏的的菌种资源进行了系统的整理归类和统一编号,初步鉴定了部分重要菌株;利用其与中科院微生物所合作开发的微生物资源信息数据库软件,录入了所有菌株的基本信息,包括菌株保藏编号、分类名称、来源历史、采集地点、生境类型、基质或寄主、采集时间、采集人、收藏时间、原始编号、主要用途、培养基及培养条件、保藏方法、实物状态等,并对入库菌株进行了统计分析,初步形成了以生防微生物为主体的微生物资源信息数据库,为北京生防微生物资源创新研发平台建设奠定了重要基础。

Abstract:Widely distributed and species richness of Microorganism are biological resources and genetic resources.Therefore, each country of the world in an increasingly competitive of the research and development of microbial resources.And microbial Resource Information Database as an important part of the information resource platform can provide a wealth of microbial germplasm information, it has an important role of study and make full use of microbial resources.
In this paper ,it conducted a systematic study、classification and uniform numbers of the strains resourcesˊpreservation of the Institute of Plant Protection and Environmental Protection of Beijing Academy of Agriculture, and preliminary identification of some important strains.Developed in cooperation with the Institute of Microbiology, Microbial Resource Information Database software, input the basic information of all strains.Include strain number of the deposit, classification name, source, history, collecting location, habitat type, substrate or host, acquisition time, acquisition time of collection, the original number, the main purpose, media and culture conditions, preservation methods, and physical stateIt takes a statistical analysis of storage strain, the initial formation of a microbial Resource Information Database of biocontrol microbes, has laid an important foundation for build of innovation and research and development platform for the biocontrol microbial resources of beijing.
