摘要:本文以A、B、C三个不同品牌的奶粉为研究和实验的对象,采用干法灰化的方法处理奶粉样品,利用火焰原子吸收分光光度法检测奶粉中铁、锌、铜3种微量元素的含量。对仪器的工作条件进行了详细的叙述,同时,对实验结果进行分析比较得出三种品牌奶粉中上述3种微量元素的含量均符合国家标准(GB 10766-1997)的规定,并据结果提出奶粉使用的合理性建议。

Abstract:In this paper A, B and C three different brands of milk powder for research and experiments, the dry ashing method to deal with milk powder samples, use flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry detection milk powder iron, zinc, copper 3 kinds of trace elements. Working conditions of the instrument carried on the detailed narration, and at the same time, the results of the experiment on the conclusion that the three brand in the above three milk powder and trace elements in which conform to the national standard (GB 10766-1997) regulation, and according to the results presented the rationality of milk powder use advice.
